Six Airmen from the 48th Rescue Squadron provided initial care to a collapsed man during the Thunder and Lightning Over Arizona Open House April 12.
The Airmen provided medical aid to an elderly man who went into cardiac arrest while at the Open House. The Airmen were manning a 48th Rescue Squadron static display when they saw the man fall to the ground.
"We were all working the static display," Adam said. "The first thing we heard was somebody screaming and a guy just fell over. Jesse and I both ran up to him, followed by everyone else."
